I absolutely love October! I love the cool weather, the changing colors of the leaves, and the fact that October ushers in the last quarter of the year. This can be a great time to reflect and think over the year thus far. Take a moment to think about all of the wonderful new people you have met. Take a moment to write down the years’ most valuable lessons. Recognize those things that are still challenges for you and also be sure to celebrate the success, no matter how small or big.
The 4th quarter is a time to make some decisions. It is prep time for a wonderful new year ahead. What changes do you need to make in regards to your thinking? Your habits? The company you keep? Where does there need to be more development? You know what these areas are and in order to strengthen yourself and accomplish all of your goals, you must have a play to ‘run’! Who are the key players who need to be with you on your field? Go ahead and get them warmed up and in the game and please bench the habits, thoughts, and people who need to be on the sideline!
This can be a very exciting and productive time of the year for you but you must sketch out and execute a plan of action!
